Working as part of our project management team, we are looking to recruit an experienced flexible benefits project manager who will deliver customised benefits communication and administration systems to our corporate clients.
Post sale, you will be the main point of contact with our clients and will be responsible for new installations and flexible benefit renewals. Your role will include pre-sales consultancy, scoping client requirements, agreeing project plans, liaising with our internal software engineers who configure client sites, managing user acceptance testing, handover and delivery.
Your profile
You will be an experienced project manager, with at least 3 years track record delivery employee benefits and / or software projects. You will have an eye for detail, be very well presented, confident when presenting to groups of people or on a one-to-one basis, and will be able to manage projects with a firm hand yet deliver at a level to delight our clients.
Ideally you will be currently working for an Employee Benefit Consultant, will be able to demonstrate good career development, and will be looking for a more challenging and rewarding opportunity in a young dynamic business.
