An Implementation Consultant is assigned to all projects to co-ordinate the implementation activities and facilitate a controlled and successful transfer to your chosen system. > The ERM Professional Services Team provides detailed project scoping to ensure a common understanding of the requirements of the organisation, and the service starts with a visit from an Implementation Consultant who will confirm the project scope, objectives, deliverables and define the roles and responsibilities for the project team. > The Requirements Confirmation phase, which will commence on completion of the project initiation, will be used to reconfirm the requirements for the project. A workshop approach will be used to review the standard functionality in order to ensure that the project team agrees what customisation/configuration work is required. > Having the ability to import data in a variety of standard formats, means migrating data from your existing systems into your new solution is easy. The data migration process follows the same format for each implementation and includes the analysis of the data requirements, the mapping of tables and fields from current systems, the cleansing of data, and the import itself.
