In South Africa, Roche Pharmaceuticals employs 500 people at three different locations. The human resources department at the South African sites is managed by four people, Director of Human Resources, Debora Roper and three human resources managers.
For close to a year, Debora Roper had been looking for a human resources administration system that would fully automate her department’s administration functions.
