RSAMD Enrols HR.net!..... Scotland's International Academy for Music and Drama are to adopt Vizual HR.net to replace the combination of spreadsheets, paper files, soft files and databases currently in use. A system was required that would allow all HR data to be consolidated reducing the amount of manual processes and labour involved. Having recognised the business benefits that could be achieved through HR.net the Academy plan to automate a range of HR processes using the workflow engine, which is highly flexible, enabling them to either customise the standard modules or automate other administrative procedures, including non-HR specific business processes.
Nick Pye of ERM said, “The manual systems centred around paper files and spreadsheets and were simply not sustainable nor scaleable; HR.net’s importance primarily lies in creating capability for the HR function to support the Conservatoire both now and in the future. A web-enabled resource management tool with integrated workflow design tools will greatly enhance the management of their workforce data, processes and policies and HR.net contains all the functionality needed to manage the entire employee lifecycle in one solution.” Nick added, "The solution will also enable more accurate and efficient reporting particularly in the area of statutory external reports such as those covering staffing and finance for HESA (Higher Education Statistical Agency). In the past this has required a lot of manual input but HR.net will produce HESA reports automatically." |
