An HR.net Consultant is responsible for the successful completion of the whole or part of a project to deliver a customised version of Vizual HR.net to Clients within the agreed timeframe and budget whilst delivering the required and agreed levels of quality. An Associate Consultant will work with the overall HR.net Project Team and will continually develop their competency in the delivery of all services and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the product range, its features and technical limitations and more crucially its business benefits.
Your profile
The ability to understand the Clients' business requirements and to then be able to recommend the appropriate solution whilst being aware of any technical constraints is essential.
Excellent communication in oral, written and listening skills is required, as is an overall awareness of the positioning of the product in the market place. High standards of personal, product and technical presentation and being able to demonstrate organisation skills in client visits, product implementation and administration are prerequisites.
